"The health and weight loss industry can be very confusing. I am proud to offer a program that is safe and effective, providing a friendly, positive atmosphere. I know the program has given me lifelong health benefits and I love knowing that I do the same for my clients everyday."

Audrey VanderStoop, Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, Personal Trainer Specialist and Clinic Director of Beverly Hills, has worked in the field of weight management and nutrition for over twenty years. Audrey has been voted Best Nutritionist by The Burlington Post's readers twelve years in a row.

She began her career at Nutritional Body Care in Toronto in 1987 under the mentorship of Carola Barczak, a highly respected pioneer in the field of nutrition. In 1996, Audrey wrote the required entrance exams to become a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC). An RNCP designation indicates that Audrey has met all the educational and ethical standards required of professional members of IONC. It assures the public, that as an RNCP, she is conducting a professional practice and meeting yearly upgrading standards.

After eleven years with Nutritional Body Care, Audrey resigned as Clinic Director. On April 20th , 1998, the doors of Beverly Hills Weight Management and Nutrition Centre opened to the public in Burlington. Having researched various weight loss franchises, Audrey decided the Beverly Hills program made the most sense. It was not a fad diet and was so flexible that she could integrate her educational background into the program. She could imprint her unique style of compassion and intelligence onto the program to the benefit of her clients. The success of her clinic is based on proven results. On the day she decided to join up with the Beverly Hills program, a great partnership was formed.

Audrey is a strong believer in giving back to the community. Over the last twelve years she has donated time and money to the Police Association, the Fire Fighters Fund, the Food Bank, The Cancer Society, The Canadian Diabetes Association, the MS Association, Rick Hansen’s Wheels In Motion, Joseph Brant Hospital and many local fundraisers focusing on education and community development.

Audrey Vanderstoop has made appearances on Cityline, City Live at 5, Breakfast Television and Flare TV. She is a regular contributor to The Burlington Post's "Ask the Pro's" and "Healthy Lifestyles". She has acted as a small business consultant and mentored newly designated RNCPs. She continues to conduct training seminars in health and wellness, customer service and retail sales.
